Jonathan Schwartz

CEO & Co-Founder

Jonathan oversees business development, client management, and the overall strategic direction of Bullseye Strategy, which he co-founded with Maria Harrison in 2009. A digital industry veteran with extensive experience in online media and partner marketing, Jonathan has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar partnerships with a range of high-profile companies, including Google, eBay, and the NFL. Previously, Jonathan served as vice president of business development and strategy at ContentNow, and worked at Interval International, a former subsidiary of Barry Diller’s IAC/InterActiveCorp, where he managed multi-million dollar budgets and oversaw the launch of several new products.

Prior to Interval, Jonathan spent five years at CBS SportsLine.com, where he was a key member of the company’s business development team and responsible for the initial launch of the groundbreaking March Madness on Demand live streaming franchise. He holds a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and a bachelor’s degree in political science from SUNY Binghamton. Schwartz is a sports enthusiast who lives out his hoop dreams both on the court and off, where he plays regularly and has coached both his son and daughter’s basketball teams.

Maria Harrison

President & Co-Founder

As President of Bullseye Strategy, Maria leads digital marketing strategy, account planning and account management, resource planning, client relations, community outreach, and general operations. Prior to co-founding the agency in 2009, Maria served as the Vice President of Marketing for the interactive marketing training firm, Laredo Group, and was Director of Online Marketing for Interval International, an IACI company, as well as Global Partners Group, a financial securities trading firm.

Maria Harrison is a sought-after speaker at events, including the Direct Marketing Association, WeMedia, and the Online Marketing Summit. Voted Top 50 Business Women in Miami in 2018 and 2019, and ranked # 1 of 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County for leadership and influence in the community in 2014, Maria was elected to the Orange Bowl Committee in 2015. She also is a founding board member of the South Florida Interactive Marketing Association and the designer of the digital marketing certificate program curriculum at the University of San Francisco, where she taught from 2008-2012.

Maria is a single mom of two beautiful children, crushing a 60-hour workweek and not missing a single basketball, little league, or Cub Scout event.

Jena leads our search engine optimization efforts and is responsible for whether Google favors our clients in their organic search results. Jena has 13 years of SEO experience and has managed everything from keyword research to technical site audits and enterprise-level cutovers with successful outcomes.

Jena is a graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, and in her downtime, Jena enjoys spending time with her daughter and a health and fitness lifestyle.

Marisa leads our Account Team in providing personalized service to our growing roster of clients. She came to Bullseye in 2021 with over 10 years of experience in Account Management at Zimmerman Advertising, notably working on the national account AutoNation.

Marisa is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. When she’s not chasing around her son, she enjoys a night out with her husband and friends, planning her next event to host and sharing the real side of her motherhood journey on Instagram.

With 15 years of operations experience she has honed a diverse skill set in project management, customer service, finance, and human resources. Robyn works with all departments at Bullseye ensuring a cohesive and satisfactory experience across all aspects of our services. Outside of work Robyn can be found at home spending time with her kids, trying to be crafty, and snuggling with her loyal companion, Brodie.

With over two decades of dedicated experience in digital marketing, Joshua Barwa holds the position of Vice President of Media at Bullseye Strategy. His expertise spans various facets of digital marketing, including search marketing, display advertising, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing. Throughout his career, Joshua has consistently adapted to industry trends and utilized cutting-edge technology to drive measurable returns on investment.

Since entering the digital marketing arena in 2003, Joshua has collaborated with a diverse array of esteemed brands, including Staples, EA Sports, 1-800-Flowers, Essilor, Hard Rock Hotels, Party City, White Castle, Boston Market, Urban Air, Planet Fitness, Hair Cuttery, and Hanes, among others. His meticulous approach to campaign strategy and execution has earned him a reputation for delivering results that exceed expectations.

In his current role, Joshua leads a dynamic team in developing and executing media strategies that align with clients' objectives and drive business growth. His commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends and leveraging data-driven insights ensures that each campaign is optimized for maximum impact.

Christina brings over 15 years of experience in Inbound and Content Marketing to her role at Bullseye Strategy. She focuses on developing effective content strategies that strengthen our client's online presence across B2C, D2C, and B2B markets. Working in sync with marketing, sales, and product teams, she ensures that every piece of content not only aligns with the client's goals but also engages their target audience effectively. Her approach combines creativity with data-driven insights to optimize messaging across different platforms. When not crafting content strategies, Christina enjoys playing the guitar, singing, and traveling, activities that refresh her creativity and perspective.
