Corcoran’s organic keyword growth had been slowing over the past few years. The lack of a keyword strategy slowed discoverability of the brand via Google to new visitors. Our goal: increase relevant keyword rankings and the percentage of new organic visits.


We reviewed competitor’s rankings on relevant search phrases, all of Corcoran’s content available across the web, and reviewed and identified opportunities for improvement in the technical set-up of the website.

In partnership with Corcoran’s IT department, we oversaw technical optimizations to the website to make it more crawlable by search engines. We then optimized new content on the site for optimal keyword discovery.

We introduced new relevant keywords into content and developed a white-hat anchor text backlinking strategy to build authority for Corcoran for important relevant keywords


The Corcoran Group saw terrific overall keyword growth over 12 months, increasing not only total Google ranked keywords, but also impressive increases in page 1 and page 2 keyword rankings.. This led to a strong increase in discoverability – a 12% increase in new organic visitors to year over year.
