Discipline. We practice it and you gain from it. Every client is different but each is treated with the same high level of care. We follow our proven methodology for success no matter the size of the client, the industry, or the services offered. It all begins with us getting to know your business inside and out so that we can be best equipped to craft a strategy and execute on it to provide your business with the desired results. All of our “partners” have goals when they come to us. These goals can be specific or general. Our task is to turn goals into results.
- Discovery – At the beginning of any engagement, we spend time with you to understand what makes you tick, what differentiates you from your competition, and how we can win together. We spend time with the principals of your business to understand your big picture view including competitive advantages as well as any tactical or execution limitations. We get in the trenches of your business to understand how it operates. We identify and breakdown what your competition is doing.
- Strategy – After the initial discovery is complete (we will always keep discovering!), we sit with you to ensure we craft and deliver strategy to meet specific business goals. We expect to review and debate it with you. The strategy ensures that we are aligned in our thinking. We agree upon goals up front, and set forth a strategic plan guiding our execution. We see this strategy as a living, breathing blueprint that we adjust and revise based on our collective learning.
- Tactical Implementation – whether it is business development, interactive marketing services, or other strategic engagements we don’t just provide a strategy and leave it to others to implement. We execute the strategy by leveraging our industry experience and expertise. Whether it is picking up the phone and calling potential business partners, or developing keywords and copy for a search campaign, or developing a pricing model for a new product launch, our team is adept at execution.
- Ongoing Engagement – once we have implemented a partnership or marketing campaign or any other strategic program, there is no down time. We continue to strive for optimal results through ongoing management, optimization and participation. Optimization is essential to all elements of business development and marketing. Whether you need us to manage a partner, coordinate internal teams, establish internal tracking processes, or manage an ongoing campaign, we take pride in our ability to deliver beyond the initial deal and to revise and optimize as we go.
- Reporting and Measurement – we recognize that you are entrusting us with your business and your brand and we are thrilled to have the privilege. That’s why we hold regularly scheduled meetings with you and/or your team to provide updates on our progress and to establish and review specific results. Of course, we are always available to you so you don’t have to wait for meetings to talk with us.
